Alex received his mission call from President Thomas S Monson, the prophet of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. The Prophet and his counselors prayed about Alex and where he should go. Alex got his envelope today and opened at 8pm eastern time. He went to Robert and Kayleen Robbins' house. They have been such a great support to Alex and I'm so grateful for them. Kayleen (and Jager) took video of Alex reading his letter. We especially like the fist pump when Alex read that he was going to be serving in Spanish.
